My husband had his first appointment with Dr Daly, mine was to follow soon after. The woman checking him in refused to accept our insurance even though it was clear on our insurance card that there was dental coverage. She kept telling him to get a separate dental card or she would not accept him as a patient. She would not even attempt to input the information to confirm coverage as any other office would do. We have had no trouble with the insurance at our current dental office, and they were surprised that it happened to us. Terrible office support person there.

I am a very nervous dental patient and I was very quickly put at ease. The front desk helped me figure out my new insurance and my hygienist was really thorough. Dr Daly answered my questions patiently and made me feel comfortable! Thank you to my neighbors for referring me to my forever office. I’ve never felt so good after a dental appointment!

Unprofessional! Doctor just canceled my appointments WITHOUT telling me, after I sent her a letter telling her how her receptionist treated my family rudely, lied about calling us & changed our appointment times without telling us, then would not see us. In the letter I also told her my husband and I wanted to remain patients, but my children would be transferring, I sent a record release and she still has not even released their records. I also sent her copies of Facebook comments from other people saying how the receptionist treated them. Very unprofessional

Dr. Karen Daly is so professional and caring for her patients. We have had excellent work done by her. I won’t go anywhere else. I’m a baby when it comes to the dentist office.

I experienced horrible customer service from this receptionist. I was a new client and was booked an appointment at 6 pm three weeks in advance. The secretary called me back one day prior to appt and told me it should have never been given to me, and offered another appt. four days later. I had waited three weeks for appt for broken tooth She then asked who had referred me, I said my insurance comp. as they listed taking new clients she refused to make an appt b/c I didn’t have a relative there

Amazing Dr and staff amazing kind compassionate and clean neat office and equipment . Very triuthful. 100 stars!!!
