Not good for patients with sensory issues
A member of my family has sensory processing issues which make dental hygiene a challenge. The sound and the vibration of toothbrushing causes a level of distress. Dr. Rahagi’s office initially indicated it would be accommodating and sensitive to this need. That has not been the case; today, they “fired” this patient for not following up on their care plan (which, I should note, makes no suggestions on how to be successful with dental hygiene if one has such challenges.)I respect the doctor’s right to treat or not treat anyone. Similarly, I am exercising my right to go elsewhere. I do not recommend this practice.
