Just before Easter, during the corona virus shutdown when dental offices are closed, my mom had severe tooth pain. Unable to reach her regular dentist for emergency care, I called the Sundance Dentistry office that I normally go to. Dr. Donovan quickly returned my call. She gave me advice over the phone for Mom, including advice on temporary pain management, and she sent a message to my mom's primary care Dr. to urge him to prescribe antibiotics in the meantime for Mom. He did that. A few days later, Mom was able to see her regular dentist who referred her to an endodontist. Endodontist performed root canal. Mom is doing fine now. Much thanks to Dr. Donovan for her quick and compassionate care during my mom's double crisis.
