Dr. Justin Martin, DDS

Receptionist - warm and welcoming. Tech - sweet, caring and guided me step by step. Dr. Martin - the TOTAL opposite! Briefly asked me about my pain and jumped into the normal pricking on my teeth. I was obviously in discomfort, then started a series of tests on me without warning, no talking me through just started with having me bite down on something, then hit my tooth so hard with an instrument, thought my tooth shattered! Sat there absolutely stunned. Dr. Martin said, 'What's wrong,' with an annoyed tone. I told him I was not expecting that. Not even able to even compose myself, an without warning he cold froze an instrument and placed it directly on my tooth and I literally came out of the chair! When I declined the 2nd time and he quickly dismissed me and said 'we are done here' and led me to the receptionist repeating, 'We are done here 2 other times. I've never felt so dismissed, without any compassion or care! Physically and emotionally traumatized!! Do not go to him!!!

Dr. Martin was able to perform a root canal as I was referred to him by my dentist - in an emergency - the same day. My pain was totally relieved and he was excellent in his manner of communicating, setting expectations, and his knowledge. His practice and staff are just top notch!

Considering a root canal is the last thing anyone would look forward to, this doctor did a great job of making sure I was relaxed and comfortable during the procedure. His staff is professional, and he's compassionate and very clear with his assessments prior to going to work on repairing what's wrong with your tooth.
