Dr. Justin Linton, DDS

Just moved to Florence in July and darned if one of my crowns decided to pop off. So I went on line to find a dentist. "Florence Family Dentist" was the first place I contacted. Dr Holmes was the dentist that contacted me and left me a voicemail. His office contacted me the next Monday morning and (this all happened on Friday afternoon, btw.) and had me come in at 10. I waited a bit, and I was able to see Dr. Linton. It was a terrific experience being new and all. So I made a returning appointment and also a cleaning appointment. Dr. Linton put my crown back in and I couldn't be more happy. Awesome staff. I spoke with Hope and Shari and the most nicest front desk. i wish I could remember Dr. Linton's assistant but she was the best!! If you need a dentist...this is the place!!!!!

Dr. Linton is absolutely a five-star dentist. It's frustrating when I see someone's given a one-star rating because they had trouble with insurance or some other issue unrelated to the quality of Dr. Linton's work. He's simply wonderful. Meticulous, proficient, gentle and kind.

Having used on-line reviews to select a local dentist after moving to Florence, I should have left my own review long before now. Over the past few years, Dr. Linton has provided dental care that I can not fault. He's very professional, knows what he's doing & most of all cares about his patients. He has done extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges, etc. all without causing me any pain. All procedures have been effective. I couldn't be happier with his work or his staff.

My wife and I made appointments for the same day to have dental exams as new patients. Over the phone we had provided insurance information and the staff member said they work with our insurance company. They mailed us all the new patient forms to fill out ahead of our appointments. We showed up for our dental exams with all forms filled out and we are assuming they have confirmed our insurance coverage. The examinations were done very professionally and we felt confident in Dr. Linton. On the way out the staff says they just got off the phone with our insurance company and that because they are out of network, our policy does not cover any of the exams and the full mouth x-rays. Surprise! We are stuck with a combined $252 out of pocket bill. That is not good business; very disappointed. All dental and medical offices in our past experiences have verified coverage before doing any exams or procedures to let you know what the conditions of payment for services would be. Sadly
