Visited this location with all of my kids. Dr. Jones and staff were awesome! They were patient and very sensitive to my anxiety issue.

I went in to have an infected tooth removed. I followed the aftercare instructions carefully but the swelling and pain grew worse days later. When I'd call him about it, he was always busy and never called me back. I went to another dentist since the pain was getting worse and she found that the infection from the removed tooth had spread through my gums since I wasn't given an antibiotic after the removal. I didn't know I even needed an antibiotic since he only gave me pain medication.

I would never ever recommend this bossiness to anybody, I paid them $700 cash for a procedure and once my insurance company paid them, they refunded me $500 and turned around and added those $500 to my billed. I brought this issue to their attention they reduced my bill by $500 but keep $200. Not a way to do business and their excuse was that their person that did billing was no longer with them. My family was with them for several years..... crocked way of doing business.

Saw Dr Jones on 3/2/16 with complaint of tooth ache. After X rays were taken and reviewed, he had no finding of my chief complaint. I received a cleaning but still had paid. A week later I visited another dentist because I could not understand why I still had a tooth ache. The second dentist found a Crack in two of my teeth where the pain was radiating from.
