Dr. Justin Baltz, DDS

Everything was great until it came to the bill. They didn't tell me that they are a premier provider for delta dental. This means that the cleaning and x-rays are only covered 80% unlike a PPO office that covers 100%. That translated into a $60 charge when I was expecting $0. They checked my insurance when I made the appointment and didn't say anything, had me fill out forms before my appointment and didn't mention it when they called to remind me of the appointment. Didn't say anything in the 30 minutes I waited for my appointment. It does't even mention the insurance discrepancy here on their website. I wouldn't have gone to this office if I had known. Now, I need to make an appointment with a new dentist and waste my 2nd exam visit that is covered in a 12 month period.

He was very kind and clearly explained what needs to be done. And he made sure I could get my permanent crown before I left on vacation! Thank you!

Going to the dentist takes the number one spot on my irrational fear list. I absolutely hate it. Without even knowing this, Dr. Baltz and the rest of the staff, made me feel comfortable and welcome. They are all incredibly knowledgeable and they actually include me in decisions about my care. 10 out of 10 recommend if you’re looking for a dentist. They have definitely changed my outlook.

Definitely the best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Baltz is a fantastic dentist! He takes the time to explain everything so you fully understand and he's great at calming patients down if they come in scared. I highly recommend Dr. Baltz and his generous staff at Highpoint Dental! ??

Best Dental office EVER! I would highly recommend the whole Dental team at Highpoint Dental Care! They were professional, caring, and very accommodating to my schedule ! From the first phone call to the front desk to the hygienist and Dr. Baltz himself. It was a very enjoyable experience! I wouldn’t dream of going to any other office!!

Excellent experience every time. I love going to see Dr. Baltz so much that I spend an hour in traffic driving across town just to get to his office. I used to dread going to previous dentists and now I feel comfortable and relaxed knowing my dental care is in great hands. Dr. Baltz is very caring and trustworthy and all of the hygienists at his office have been wonderful. Highly recommend!

I’ve had about 10 dentists in my life because I was never thrilled with the experience and care the doctors have given me in the past. After I went to see Dr. Baltz, I have not switched! :) Their staff is the friendliest and most professional; they always make me feel comfortable and I trust their expertise. Nothing shy of a 5-star experience. Truly.

Highpoint Dental's staff was great. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner and was treated great by the staff. The hygienist was very friendly and Dr. Baltz took time to listen to my concerns. Would definitely recommend.

I went in to see Dr. Baltz for teeth cleaning- I believe the hygienist name was Jennifer? But Dr. Baltz and his staff are very professional and easy to talk with provided nothing is in my mouth at the time. Wait time minimal, the office is nice clean and comfortable- had to change my appt. and they kept me up to date when one would be available. Everything is explained so it is understood. Every one listens and anwers questions well. Recommend to family and friends- co workers.

Dr. Justin Baltz is by far the best dentist I have ever been to! He is super friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Throughout the process, he always makes sure that you are comfortable and is communicative on what he is doing. He also explained to me in terms I understood about the procedure that really made sense. For an anxious client like myself, Dr. Baltz really knew how to make me feel at ease. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone!

I would not recommend this dentist. He was arrogant in our interaction. He did not explain the procedure in a way that I could understand.

Dr. Baltz spent a good amount of time with me; explaining my treatment and why it was nessessary. I felt that he really cared about my wants and needs. He was even able to get some of my work done the same day! Awesome experience.
