Treatment and service were excellent, but I was lead to believe Tricare would cover the charges to replace my broken mouthguard, and all I'd have to pay would be the $30 copay. The end result: Tricare paid $737, but Dr. Smith's practice then billed me another $427, all for one simple piece of plastic. Certainly not a good way to treat a veteran. Caution to prospective patients: Be careful.
