My appointment started right on time and Dr Gum and her team were efficient. They worked very well together and my procedure was very well done.

Dr. Gum and her staff are absolutely terrific! Everyone is friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The care they provide is very personal for each patient, they truly care about how your feeling, and always take the time to answer any questions you may have. Scheduling an appointment is not difficult, they will work with your schedule and get you in to be seen by Dr. Gum asap. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Gum and we would never want to go to anyone else. We truly trust Dr. Gum and her staff and always look forward to seeing them.

If you’re looking for a Dentist for cleanings, and upkeep only, and you’re not interested in anything else, this probably isn’t the dentist for you. I feel like they’re trying to sell you other stuff and push you to get more dental work done than needed. They take pictures of each individual tooth on your first visit then show you what your smile COULD look like. They also measure your gums, and depending on your gums there’s different cleanings they recommend. They’re always asking what would you rate your smile from 1-10, what are you goals for your teeth? Etc. It’s very extra. So if that’s not your jam, you won’t like it. They quite literally pick your teeth apart. I also feel like Dr Gum could be more explanatory, and have a better bedside manner. I can’t comment on other Dentist there, as I’ve only had Gum.Wanted to love it, but after giving it many chances, unfortunately it’s not somewhere I’ll be spending my time or money. Ladies at the front desk are super sweet though!

Dr. Gum is the consummate professional- knowledgeable, efficient, empathetic, and caring. She employs the latest technology and uses it most effectively. I highly recommend her; she is an excellent dentist!

They’re always professional and friendly. Everyone treats you with respect and they listen to your concerns. Very happy to be there.

I went to that office five times. I only saw the dentist once. Do you want your caps put on by a tech? Do you want a tech drilling your teeth? Do you want a dentist that suggests mouth guards to all her patience (cost over $400.00).? I strongly recommend that you find another dentists who actually is the person that works on your teeth.

Tries to upsell you on everything on every visit. On two occasions recently, had to get root canals due to poor crown preparation. Lastly, charged a late fee when her own office staff canceled the visit despite being a patient for over 4 years. Last straw.

Dr Gum is fantastic and the staff is truly wonderful … everyone is pleasant and certainly very good at what they do.

Dr. Gum and her team always make me feel so welcome. I never have to wait long. The team goes out of their way to make sure that their patients have the most pleasant experience possible.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Gum is caring and gentle. I couldn’t be happier with the care provided.

Had an appointment for a crown on one tooth. Dr Gum was exceptional. Great explanations, service and results. Certainly rates 5 Stars. Staff and scheduling are excellent as well.
