Falsely reporting to collections agency
Awful experience - had a root canal done and paid. Got another bill in the mail, paid, got another bill in the mail, called to pay, was told I have a 0.00 balance, next week got a call from the collections agency. They don’t track billing and the only answer they can come up with is “we have some new employees”

Dr. Fields is wonderful dentist, and has equally wonderful assistants. He has that gentle touch that is much appreciated, and has a kind and considerate manner. His work is super high quality, materials used are the very best, and for all of this excellence, the cost is quite fair. As I was waiting for the Novocain to take effect, I could hear them reassuring a child patient in the next bay. I was impressed with the way they were caring for their youngest patients as well. Highly recommended.

The Altavista Dental now uses a texting system to confirm your appointment multiple times before it is time for you appointment. This is a great scheduling and reminder system. When you arrive to sign in you do not have to wait, You can sign in electronically on a pad. They are very courteous and helpful. I lost a cap that came off while eating and Dr. Julian Fields IV replaced it free of charge. This is the place to go!
