Dental assistants are not friendly and don’t smile. Dr Trigo is friendly toward parents. No one interacted with patient aside from giving instruction (not kid-friendly). First visit: I came with 2 toddlers and 1 infant. Dental assistant ignored my child talking to her. Dr Trigo rudely asked “do u even care” because I didn’t maintain eye contact while holding a crying infant while she was trying to upsell toothpaste. Second visit: a dental assistant repeatedly asked a parent of a maybe 6 yr old in the lobby if they would consent to the child going alone. They were visibly uncomfortable and eventually consented but the child was scared so they ended up going with anyways. My toddlers fought and cried because they gave only one a 0.50 balloon, would have preferred no prize then only one getting one. Second visit ended with awkward convo. Sibling asked if can have a prize. Dr. Trigo began asking my child ?s and was shocked that her dr give siblings prizes (w/o ever being asked)

Dr. Trigo seemed friendly and was ok with my son. However, several weeks after our initial appointment, her staff called to inform me that she had decided to change the treatment plan that we had agreed upon. The receptionist offered no real explanation, just that if we wanted the dental procedure done we'd have to go elsewhere! It was insulting and humiliating when she told me if it was her son, she wouldn't. I sure wish we hadn't wasted our time and money there. Completely unprofessional.
