Condescending
Worst dental appointment I ever had. This dentist would not answer my questions, and, indeed, acted as though I was an idiot (I'm a medical professional). Condescending and patronizing.

Pleasurable experience
Dr. Josie explained everything she was doing and asked if I had any questions before she began and when she was finished. I never felt uncomfortable. No pain or discomfort. Would recommend her.
