Where's my dental insurance predetermination? Terrible admin follow-up: indifferent and just plain cold people (all women). Don't need to put up with this. Switching dental practices.

His admin staff is overbearing, bordering on rudeness. The dentist needs to rein them in, if he cares to protect his brand and provide excellent customer service

Office help was very rude. I have been going for 6 years because it was close to my home. I put up with the office staff that was super unfriendly because the hygienists were delightful. I finally decided to leave when the office staff refused to explain a large bill I received even after I paid it in full. She told me that she had no time for that. My children have been telling me for years that the office workers are rude. I finally got the nerve to move offices and we r all much happier going to a much friendlier environment

Dr Weintraub and staff were extremely accommodating, nice, reassuring and professional. They got our 2 day old in same day for visit and procedure. Called that night to check on him. Could not recommend them more highly.

The office is beautiful!! The staff is so warm and caring. Dr. Weintraub is so professional, friendly, trustworthy and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my visit and that is the first time I have ever said that about the dentist. Looking forward to my next cleaning.
