Great and caring -very competent dentist
Went way out of the way to correct my bite and did so very reasonable, not the cheapest dentist in Hickory NC, but one of the best. His work holds up very well after many years with no problem. Also backs up his work untill patient is satisfied. Through consideration of patients and a great dental assistant (Carmela)makes a tough to beat combination -I think he is a bargain.

Be careful to hire "In Network" Dentist
Be careful of Dr. Joshua Millsaps in Hickory. While Dr. Millsaps is OK, they are not in any dental network. I did ask before our appt, but when they filed our bill to our insurer, we owed over $300 for a basic exam and cleaning. We usually pay nothing and when I spoke to their rep, they said that are not a part of any network, so our share was over $300. Lesson learned on my part, but be careful if you have insurance and use their office in Hickory!

Fantastic. Highly recommend.
Great staff, friendly staff. Dr. Millsaps will work with you. He's honest and he listens to you. He is patient, knowledgeable, updated on newest products and procedures. He is a great Dentist.

I have been going to this facility for many years, and I could not be happier. The staff are very kind, and supportive. Each dentist is very respectful, and provide great instructions on health and wellness. I am highly impressed with the degree of professionalism this facility, and it's staff demonstrate.
