Dr. Joseph Licul, DDS

Dr. Licul broke a tooth that was not involved in my surgery. He said nothing to me when I awoke. When I returned the following week I was told I should go to a dentist and get the tooth repaired and they would subtract the cost from my bill. Unfortunately, this was just as the Covid quarantine/pandemic began, and needless to say I wasn't visiting any dentist office. I explained the situation at least three times to LICOM's very disorganized office. I just spoke to the practice's office manager for the 2nd time & she said she would speak to the doctor, which I'd been told numerous times before. She called today & brusquely said he won't reimburse me for dental work on the tooth he clumsily broke. So besides shoddy work & billing, they are also liars. On "Vitals," there turns out to be many similar reviews, and I wish I saw them prior to going to this office. I'm looking forward to spreading the word about this office on social media so that no one else has to endure this.
