Dr. Joseph Jeppson, DMD

We took our daughter in to get new aligners. While there the Dr. Jeppson recommended getting a Night Guard for the uppers and an aligner for the bottom, because there was evidence of grinding. When we returned for the fitting our daughter could not close here mouth with both the Night Guard and the Aligner. Dr Jeppson recommended she tape her mouth closed while sleeping. Long story short, we refused delivery and now our daughter is out of the country on a mission, which was communicated beforehand. We paid $500 and have received nothing for it. Worst experience we've ever had, and the most money we've ever wasted having received nothing in return, especially this was recommended by Dr Jeppson.

Dr Jeppson is an amazing dentist! I broke one of my front crowns late one night. I had just moved to Provo, and didn’t have a dentist. I looked up google and reviews, then made the decision go with him to fix my tooth. I messaged them at 9:45pm to see if they took my insurance, to my surprise they texted me back 10 min later and said yes, and that they could get me in and to call the next morning. I was impressed they would even message back so late! From the time I got there until I left the staff was so kind. They consistently were checking on my comfort. They let me know step by step the process. They were able to make a new crown and put it in all in the same appointment. Dr Jeppson is so kind, professional, easy to talk to, and the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend him and his staff!

Dr. Jeppson has been kind, professional and thorough as we have worked through some tough dental challenges. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a change in dentists.
