2024: Canceled my Appointment 2 hours before
Dr Irmens office canceled my appointment 2 hours before because 'I did not confirm my appointment'. Well, I confirmed my appointment when I made it. If i wanted to cancel my appointment, I would have been an adult and called and cancelled. Poor customer service, will never be going back due to this 'new policy'.

Very Poor communication
Waited over a month to get in to have a couple teeth extracted. Sent all ex rays right away when we went in the jut wrote a referral to an oral surgeon. They were well aware that was the reason we were coming in. Apon leaving I was informed by Vicky that they don't do extraction's, well not many.
