Dr. Jose Marcano, DMD

This was my first time seeing Dr Marcano. Dr Marcano has great bedside manners. The staff is very friendly. My only issue was the cancellation and refund policy. Payment is non-refundable even if treatment has not started. So if you change your mind or financially you can’t go forward like in my case and you would like to cancel treatment. The treatment plan that has not yet started. You are out of luck. Make sure before you sign that you’re completely aware of refunds and cancellation policy. Because they do not go over it with you. Which they should. They should explain and make it clear before you sign.

Several years ago I got many crowns and other work that I now know I didn't need. After 6 months and around 8,000$ OVER what my insurance paid I took note of the fact that every time I was there I heard other patients they needed crowns. He told my friends adult son he had a cavity. He didn't believe him. He went to another dentist..NO CAVITY. The work he did on me has caused me to have MUCH work done because of it. Run, don't walk away I'm ashamed I didn't post warnings much sooner and possibly kept others from my VERY EXPENSIVE mistake.

This doctor offers a zoom teeth whitener on Groupon and than when you make an appointment he tells you oh you need too much work done before we can do this procedure. And by the way I can do the work for you here. What a joke. Went to my dentist and he happened to say I didn’t need any work done. GO FIGURE

Gabby just about knows what Dr. Marcano knows and will answer any questions you may have and Dr. Marcano works wonders with teeth, by numbing up the area, and if needed, ----- numbing up the, NUMBED AREA providing VIRTUALLY PAINLESS DENTISTRY. Leave your fears of the dentist at home because Dr. Jose Marcano and his staff will have you at ease even with your first visit.
