My experience with Dr. Reyes was not only disappointing but downright distressing. Going to the dentist can already be anxiety-inducing, but my visit with Dr. Reyes amplified that stress exponentially. From the moment I sat down, his attitude was shockingly unprofessional and demeaning. He consistently spoke to me in a condescending and belittling manner, which is the worst kind of behavior one could expect from a healthcare provider.During the appointment, my child was with me in the room, and she too was taken aback by Dr. Reyes’ harsh tone and words. I loved using Dr. Reyes until today. My husband had a broken crown and we had an appt. When we got there his office help said we had a balance from 2017 for $60. She was new and I told her we never received any bill for it but my husband remembered he had a cad for a FREE cleaning. She wouldn't listen. Dr. Reyes been caring for me now for 6 years. He is probably one of the best dentists I had in my life. Right now I started the Invisalign treatment because I trust him. I have referred him to family and friends. He done an excellent job on implants for father who is a senior citizen and who is quite happy with Dr. Reyes. I do admit sometimes there is confusion at the front desk but that happens in every office. The dentist is the heart of this office and Dr. Reyes believes in a pain free office

You have poor unqualified stuff they don't know how they can deal with the patients.
