Often we show up for an appointment, get there 20 mins early, and then watch 10 people go back before we are taken 20-40 minutes after our appt time. My son's tech told us privately that my son didn't even need the braces, considering they couldn't even fit his lower wire on at ALL in the 18 months we were there. Once we were a month into treatment, we were told ( for the FIRST TIME) that this was only "round 1" of 2 necessary sessions of braces. We COULD have opted to do it all once he was 13!
