25 min wait time for a 7 am appointment. Dentist was rude. Billing was submitted without insurance and quotes for services were not accurate. Hygienists and assistants were extremely polite.

I would absolutely recommend Maple Valley Dental to anyone in the Greater Cass and Richland County areas. Appointments were convenient to schedule, the staff was friendly and informative, and the facilities are top notch.
One thing that really stood out was Dr Bultema's "straight shooter" approach to the costs associated with dental options. Some dentists will steer patients towards more expensive options, but Dr. Bultema takes the time to explain the pros and cons of each. Respect.

I've had dentist issues my entire life. I've never been more comfortable than I am with Dr. Bultema, and that says a LOT! He actually listened to my issues and concerns, and despite my age, agreed that what I wanted (dentures) was probably the best thing for me when other dentists have not. I've had them a few months now, and I've NEVER BEEN HAPPIER! He changed my life! I'll never go anywhere else again. MFD patient for life!
