Had an extraction at the Tooth Extraction Clinic. He is very professional and pain free...I happened to be in Nashville at the time. Such a great pain free experience I drove 3.5 hrs to see him again.Very fair pricing, highly recommend

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Williams today. I was very pleased with the level of service I Received. He is very kind, thorough and empathetic. He got the tooth out and I had to ask was he finished because whatever technique this man used, I felt minimal tugging. The office is very nice, clean and my entire experience was very pleasant. Thanks Dr. Williams

Everyone is very nice but we've had far too many problems! The biggest issue: he cannot do my husband's crowns correctly with many tries and appointments. The dental hygienists are okay but my 9 year old feels treated like a stupid little kid. We get pressure every visit to pay for unnecessary services like orthodontal work, whitening teeth, etc. We've had countless billing issues and confusion. The appointment staff repeatedly call you to reschedule an earlier appointment.

Very insensitive and concerned about a patients needs. Will make a dollar at whatever cost to the patient. Worst dental experience ever here and I will not be back.

Dr. Williams is definitely in the business of making money. I have never been to a dentist so detached from a patient's needs. Please, for your own sake, don't waste your time with this man.
