My family and I have been patients of Dr. Valentine's for years and we would not go anywhere else. His friendly down to earth demeanor is part of what makes him so wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and explains things to us very well. He also has a conservative approach to dentistry so we can trust when he says we need something done. His staff is also friendly making sure we know what to expect. I would defiantly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest and ethical dentist.

This office was to obtain prior insurance authorization for a crown, and I paid what was supposed to be my responsibility of $639.90. Four months later I was billed an additional $551.10 because, as I discovered, no authorization had been requested or obtained, and I was now responsible for the balance. After many calls and appeals, my insurance refuses to pay for a procedure that they determined was not necessary! Had I been aware of this, I obviously would have obtained a second opinion!
