Dr. John Schehl, DDS

Woman receptionist is rude at Alexandria office. She made it difficult to make appt, and initial appt receptionist attempted to obtain a co payment I was not required to pay. I was texted every week then daily leading up to my appt 9/17/20. I was required to complete covid data sheet with link provided by text. 830 am morning of appt I received text from dental office requesting I call or text when I arrive in parking lot. 1030 am I arrive in parking lot, text office, and get a response stating my appt is cancelled. The staff was rude with my visits. I'm African American, a veteran, and I believe the receptionist and office did not want me at their office.
