Dr. John Plumley, DMD

Overall, Dr. Plumley and his staff is an excellent dentist. However, I am not pleased that my insurance information at his office does not reflect my actual insurance. I allowed it the first time and discovered that I had overpaid for my procedure and his office reimbursed me the difference, but only after I received the EOB and contacted his office. I figured after that experience, that my account was properly updated. NOT so. Upon an unscheduled visit to his office, I, was again, was presented with an incorrect billing for the visit. And once again, I was asked to pay more than I needed to pay because his system was still not showing the correct insurance information. In addition, the person at the front desk checked with my insurance and I was correct. I was being overcharged for my portion of the bill. This person should have had the authority to make the correct decision and not let their outdated information make this decision. I walked out of the office in frustration

Dr. Plumley and all of the staff are professional, courteous and interested in the patient's comfort, health and well-being. The office space is new and equipped with state of the art technology. Staff is friendly, accomodating and genuine. The experience exceeded my expectations!
