Dr. John Linstrom, DDS

Does not do implants so I was passed back and forth 5 times and $13,000 later when they put a big rubber thing in my mouth I opened as wide as I could, then she forced it open more and since then I have had TMJ. When they were finally ready to put the implant teeth in, he dropped it on the floor. All they cared about is the expensive part and forgot about several small cavities.

I moved to Medford in July and was struggling to look for a new dentist then I was suggested to go to Dr. Linstrom. This decision does not disappoint me at all. Dr. Linstrom and his assistant, Courtney were taking good care of me. They not only did what patient looked for but also more than that! They suggested what is right and enough for patient to avoid additional charges! Sheryl Anne did an amazing job for hygiene and anesthesia, she talked like a family member and it made patient feel comfortable. Rebekha does well job to make sure everything is sterile and safe for patient! What an awesome team is.

His skill is questionable, the staff is great, but they are aimed at making money by scheduling unnessary appointments and consentrating on expensive procedures an didn't fill little cavities that should have been taken care of. Dropped an implant on floor, his assistant gave me TMJ by forcing a rubber wedge in my mouth beyond it's capacity. Implant has deep pain.

SherylAnne Warren is an amazing Hygienist. She's super sweet and makes our visits very comfortable amd fun.

What a wonderful experience i had with the very talented hygienist SherylAnne. I have had my teeth cleaned in the past, and i was always in pain and left with bloody gums. SherylAnne did a phenomenal job on my sensitive mouth. I didn’t have any pain durning or afterwards. I won’t go see anyone else from now on…

Well, I never thought I would say this about a dental visit with shots, drills, a cavity, and a crown replacement, but all things considered, my visit was actually... well... pleasant! Staff shared what they were doing during the process. The Doc was meticulous but also quick. I had time to ask questions and understand what they were doing. And today, a day later, I'm feeling just fine. I hope I don't need more dental work for a while. But when I do, this is where I'll go!

For the past six years, Dr. Linstrom has taken care of my teeth. In addition to his skillful work, he has an outstanding staff. Because of a bone marrow disese, my dental work is unusual. Dental assistant Kaya, made me the best temparary bridge out of six or seven that I have had in my lifetime. It felt perfect and did not come loose for the two weeks that I needed. Sienna, my cleaner. always does a perfect and pain free cleaning. It is always a pleasure to visit his office.

I have always enjoyed going to Dr. Lindstrom’s office for my dental needs. Dr. Lindstrom and his staff have been very kind and competent! I am particularly pleased with Sienna, the hygienist. She has made great suggestions for improving my dental care and is a lovely human being. I really enjoy the time I spend with her. Receiving dental care with Dr. Lindstrom and staff has been a pleasure!

Every person I encounter at Dr Linstrom's office is friendly and cheerful. My cleanings with Sienna feel like time spent with a friend. She is thorough, but gentle, which I always appreciate. I never dread my dentist appointments now.

I have been seeing Dr. Linstrom for four years, now, and I think that one of the best members of his staff is Sienna. She is by far the best hygienist I have had, and I am in my late 60s. She is the best, ever. Sienna explains things in a way that make sense. For example, I learned from Sienna that I should not just put the floss between my teeth. I should scoop out the bacteria from the pocket between the gums. Also, I learned that it is important to brush my teeth before using the Water Pik. The bacterial film is sticky and using the Water Pik, first will just wet the film but not loosen it. Brushing first, is important, to dislodge and break up the sticky bacterial film on the teeth, and then the Water Pik can wash away the broken-up bacterial debris. Sienna is also really friendly and delights in being able to share her information.

The office practice itself is full of nice people but this dentist is a horrible communicator. He is confusing, mumbling and strange. Avoid this practice if you want to keep your teeth healthy in the long run, it is too erase to misunderstand this dentist.

I have been a patient at Dr. Linstrom's for over a decade, and I appreciate their state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostics to keep my teeth as healthy and strong as possible. Their staff is caring and dedicated, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable and to work with you in difficult financial situations. I recently had my front two veneers replaced after 9 years of wear, and they look amazing! Thanks to Dr. Linstrom and his staff for the wonderful care.
