Need To Refer To Oral Surgeon
Dr.K said my husband needed root canal, and he could save him much money if he did the procedure, instead of an oral surgeon. The root canal was on a Thursday, and took over 5 hours. That is much more time than an oral surgeon would take for this procedure. My husband’s pain became increasingly worse until Sunday when he went to the ER. He spent 2 days in ER at St.Lukes Qtown, until being transported by ambulance to St.Lukes Anderson; where he could be seen by an oral surgeon. My husband was unable to eat, and could hardly swallow his own saliva for 6 days. My husband spent 4 days on opioid pain medication-both oral and IV, until oral surgeon performed surgery, (under general anesthesia), to address and resolve the serious infection. This cost my husband agonizing pain, hospitalization, surgery, missed time from work, and a large bill for the root canal from Dr.K. My opinion-Dr.K is not qualified to perform root canals, and should be referring his patients to oral surgeon.

Need to look at your patients!
Dentist used the computer in my exam room without acknowledging my presence or speaking to me. Dentist did not introduce himself or make eye contact with me until after asking me 20 questions, had his back to me for most of visit. Nothing done at first visit. Scheduled for 3 weeks later to have initial x-rays, Dentist office wasn’t opened on our scheduled exam date, no phone call. No return call after leaving a voicemail. Shame. Also his license displayed on the wall was expired!!!

Dr. Kachurak is just an awful dentist. He is rude to the ladies in his office and his patients. He can’t keep staff because of his attitude. He doesn’t return phone calls. I had a root canal done and I was in so much pain afterwards, I developed an infection and had to go to the ER for antibiotics. I now will find a new dentist. Don’t recommend this dentist to anyone.

I think they have gone out of business.
I think they have gone out of business. I've been calling for two months but they never answer their phones and they never return my calls. On two different occasions they texted me the morning of my appointment to cancel (once because the hygienist was sick and once because they ran out of the glue they needed to secure my crown.)

I had 2 root canals, neither satisfactory - still have pain in both teeth. Extremely long wait for crowns.

Office staff are nice, but the office itself is antiquated. Wouldn’t recommend.

My family & I have been patients of Dr. Kachurak for many years. He does excellent work. He is fun and makes dentistry enjoyable. Laughing, talking, and singing while he works relaxes me and my family while we get work done. He is a little on the perfectionist side... but that is a great quality in someone who is fixing my teeth!!!!! Office staff is pleasant and smiling. Nobody ever looks like they are having a bad day.... but of course they must be sometimes, right?

My husband and I have seen this dentist for 19 years after moving to Quakertown. Both he and his staff are professional and caring. He worked with us and our insurance on a long term plan on repairing and saving our 60+ teeth. Thank you Dr. John, Crystal and Jessica. Rob & Joan Robinson
