Dr. John Foster, DDS

Be very careful about pricing with this office. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. I was seen by Dr Erpardo a specialist for implants. Now this Dentist says he isn't associated with Clarkston Dental, but he is there once a month and I paid Clarkston Dentistry for his services. He told me to call his office for a special scan to see how the $800 bone graft was healing. I arrived to find out they charged $300 and I was never informed Erpardo told me that it was part of what I had paid. For what I paid I feel like I am being scammed. They say the dentist never talks about how much anything costs, WHY? They set the pricing, is it because they are embarrassed at how much they charge you? I like Doctor Foster and the staff. I think talking about prices should be the doctors' job. Be careful with Erpardo if they say to see him I feel scammed by this whole tooth replacement process. Not happy about this at all!!

The staff at Clarkston Family Dental is very efficient and professional. I highly recommend this place. Dr. Foster runs a tight ship. Heidi and Annie are awesome.

I have been using this office for about 10 years now, and I am very happy with their service. They are prompt and professional. The office staff is always very friendly, and the wait is minimal. Both Dr. Foster and Dr. Kamen are great dentists. This summer I had an abcessed tooth, which I thought would need to be extracted. They recommended that I see an endodontist first to see if it could be saved. Their recommendation saved me from getting an extraction and an implant. Saved $$$$.

Pushes for crowns when fillings would be adequate

My daughter and I have been coming to Dr. Foster since 2010. Dr. Foster is personable, professional and considerate. His staff is awesome. Kerry the receptionist always has a warm spirit. On my last visit, Krista did a superb job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Foster is does great work (no pain :) seriously) and Annie is very soothing and very attentive, I love her being by my side. Now that my daughter is an adult she comes to see him on her own. Thanks to Heidi for keeping my appointments. AWESOME!!!
