Do NOT take your children here. I have never dealt with any business SO unprofessional in my life. Their administrative staff is non existent. The office phone rings to an employees cell phone. A cell phone she never answers, and you can’t leave a message. If you have an emergency -oh well. If they have an emergency and need to cancel your appointment, they do so by you showing up to a note on the door saying “closed for emergency”. I get it, things happen, but telling your patients you didn’t have their number is unacceptable. I bet if I stopped paying they would call. If my son’s braces were not PIF I would take him elsewhere. Trust me you do not need this place. Find another orthodontist. Dr. Brummer needs to hang it up, or find some professionals to run his practice.
