Professional yet friendly, this practice is a gem. I moved to Georgetown, TX in 2015 and have switched all my practitioners but will not give up Dr. Baines and his world class operation. Steve!

Our family has been patients of Dr. Baines for many years. We are very happy with the professional nature of the staff. At the same time, they are friendly and caring as well. Dr. Baines and his staff do a great job! The office is very accommodating.

Dr. Baines and his staff are very professional but at the same time, treat you like family.

i have no doubt that i'm getting the best dental care i can get when i'm with dr baines or any of his staff, they have always taken great care of me and my mother and we appreciate them...there are plenty of dentists but to have someone that you know and trust to take care of your dental needs is a good thing.......i have been a patient for 15+ yrs !! joe sewell

Unexpectedly nice people. It has been a while since I've been to the dentist and everyone at the office made it as easy as possible. Something else I noticed - the Dentist and Hygienist followed a detailed checklist to do everything, I like that level of professionalism and accuracy.

Dr. Baines and his staff have all been wonderful w me considering I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. I’m 54 and still fight it. The work he has done has been excellent and amazingly pain free. My whole family goes to him.

My 20 year old crown came offf Saturday evening. I called his office and received a message with an after hours phone number. I left a message and he called back promptly. He offered an 8:00 AM appointment which I took. My tooth required additional preparation because of decay under the old crown. Dr Baines prepared a temporary crown and set a future appointment. He fit a permanent crown at the new appointment. The new crown fit perfectly and I have had no problems with it.
