i'm a long time patient ....i'm 94 now...i do not see the dentist like i did back then but i always found dr.karpel extremely competent...and fair.

I'VE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. KARPEL FOR TWENTY YEARS AND FOUND NO PROBLEM WITH THE CARE HE PROVIDES.IN READING SOME OF THE REVIEWS I COULD'NT BELIEVE THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME DENTIST!! BEFORE ME , MY MOM AND DAD WERE ALSO HIS PATIENTS WITH THE SAME SATISFACTION WITH HIS CARE!! MAYBE THESE PEOPLE CAME ON A BUSY DAY (MOST OF THEM ARE)!! IT SOMETIMES TAKES A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT.

I highly recommend that you do not go to this Dentist. He is competent, I think, but he spends ZERO time with his patients. Each member of my family had a cleaning, on two separate occasions and we all had the same experience. The hygienist was careless and Dr. Karpel literally spent no time with any of us. When I asked why he only looked at my mouth for a few seconds, the hygienist said it was because he trusted her. That is ridiculous!

He is a butcher! He made a filling ruined a tooth needed a root canal with real doctor, the office is dirty,his wife is a manager who will scam your money!customer service zero.not recommended!!

This was the worst Dentist I EVER experienced. He was sneezing and sniffling, wiped his nose then proceeded to touch my tooth WITHOUT A GLOVE! I was truly disgusted! He then told me he could not find anything wrong with my tooth. I went to this place because I was in excruciating pain. He advised to take Tylenol and come back to be further evaluated for a cavity that maybe under a filing. No need to say I would NEVER EVERY go back there found another dentist the next day who discovered the issue
