Dr. Joel Clark, DMD

I totally recommend Dr Clark. He explains things clearly and doesn't rush. He answers questions clearly. He did the easiest numbing shots I've ever experienced in my 75 yrs! I had 2 teeth broken at the gumline with a bad infection in one. I was in the chair for under 1 1/2 hrs! He texted that evening to see how I was doing. He will be my dentist now for the rest of my life. He is friendly and thorough and I felt welco.e and safe under his care! His staff were wonderful, too. I plan to get my daughter and her little boy going to him, too.

My 89 year old mother visited Dr. Joel Clark roughly a year ago in need of dentures, as her existing implants were in disrepair. She actually checked out three different dentists in the Sand Springs area and landed on Dr. Clark, as he had indicated he could take care of her situation. Long story short, the lower plate was not created correctly and consequently did not fit. She went in several times to see about a solution. Dr. Clark simply recommended more adhesives and assured her that he would get it to work, but he didn't, and he did not offer to correct the plate that was not manufactured correctly, even after family members called his office about the problem. My mother now has no lower teeth or dentures at all. It has has a profound effect on her eating habits, and honestly, on her social habits too. This remains unresolved.

They claim they take your health insurance but after getting service and following up with Stacey and Dr Joel Clark for billing concerns nothing ever gets done. Pass the buck while pointing the blame at one another internally. This ended up costing Dr Clark at least $1,500 and a free crown for me. As an insurance broker myself I tried to call Stacey and Joel since they failed to process the claim properly and the deadline to appeal or re-file was nearing but they failed. I should have gone to another dentist since technically the benefit went unused due to the staff being so inept to obtain last years benefit payment. This includes Joel because as the proprietor he should be following up on any and all outstanding cases like this to insure this never occurs or impedes future dental work from being scheduled in a timely manner. Do NOT Recommend this practice they will bill you more than the contractual rate per insurance too. There will be an OIC complaint filed soon.

Dr Clark and his assistants make me SO comfortable!!! I have been afraid of dentists all my life after a bad incident when I was 3 years old. I have avoided dentists as much as possible and have almost panic attacks if I have to go see one. I am well past 60 so that is a long time. After needing a dentist and wringing my hands about it, I somehow found Dr. Clark. Now I am not afraid to go see him and do not make myself sick before dental appointments. Today I almost fell asleep as soon as I got in the chair!!!!! THE MOST GENTLE dental office I have ever been to. I've seen children in there and you never hear them cry or yell or try to escape!!!! They leave laughing and joking with staff and their parents!!!! I HIGHLY recommend this office for anyone needing dental work. You can thank me later!!!!

Dr Clark and his staff are very friendly , I needed an extraction immediately , and i was able to make an appointment for the same day that I called,, thanks for getting me in so quickly ! The extraction was effortless and painless, his professionalism is second to none ,Dr. Clark works very hard to ease your apprehension.

Dr. Joel Clark is a very good dentist. He is very thorough and sympathetic to ones needs. He is the only dentist I have been to that I don't feel the shot for numbness. This was always painful at other dentist. His upbeat personality and caring heart sold me when I met him. I used to not like going to dentist, but with him I have no fears.

My times at Dr. Clark’s office office were always stress free. They do everything to make you comfortable. Dr. Clark is caring and kind and always ready to listen and work with you until everything is just right.
