that had an infection .the manager in finance who’s been there 13 years banned me from my treatment from a previous post I wrote. I didn’t want to speak to her about my experience only the Dr she made it personal from a post I wrote. It was due to finances team that made me not go back to this dental practice the first time . Dr Lee was the reason I came back . And only reason I came back . Now I regret even speaking to Dr Lee which is also two faced without getting my side .Even when I explained why I didn’t come back the first time . the woman made it a point to state didn’t you say you won’t come back. OG post Disappointed in this office . Liked the Dentist but disliked the financial staff Lauren specifically due to not getting my paperwork in with MetLife. Called to ask for a manger never got a call back . Going on a week still no call back.Will take my business somewhere more professional. Also I do not need advice from financial about what work I need done , y’all aren’t qualified to make that advice.Also very inconsistent in pricing .

First visit with Dr. Joann Lee. Very pleasant and competent. Had slight cracking at tip of two front teeth from grinding. She did bonded filling and they are like new. While she appears to be young, she was quite confident and competent. I plan to return to see her regularly for cleanings and checkups.
