The lobby music is ridiculously loud! You see the doctor at the first visit and NEVER again, just the assistants. The assistants are pleasant and helpful. My child has always been happy with the service. It’s one of the more expensive orthodontists.

I love the friendly vibe I get every time I go to an appointment. They treat me like I'm their only patient and go out of their way to get to know me personally. They always make sure I'm comfortable and they do everything they can to give you the best results. I've also been getting a card in the mail too telling me that they enjoyed my visit and hope I'm doing ok or wishing me a happy holiday. It's little things like that that make me feel like they truly care. Thumbs up! ????
