The staff is friendly, but the wait is always annoyingly long (30 to 45 minutes). If he has a hygienist on staff maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

TERRIBLE. I had severe pain begin on Christmas day and couldn't get get a hold of anyone at their office (understandably so) so I booked an appointment through ZocDoc, a 3rd party that they acknowledge, and the day of on Monday (after going through two full days of incredibly severe pain) they sent me an email saying my appointment was not confirmed and they wouldn't be able to see me. Finally they said I could come and wait to see if anyone was a no-show. But they told me that they wouldn't do
