This man should not be working with live human patients. He is cold and callous and scolded me like a child when I had severe pain. Then refused to finish treating me without explanation. When I went to another dentist for treatment that day I was told by multiple people in the office that they have heard many patients come in and have had bad experiences with him. I googled him after the fact because at the time I just needed to alleviate the tooth pain and couldn’t even think straight. Had I googled him before I would’ve never went to Day and night dental at all. He is NOT a nice person. He is cold and callous and shouldn’t be a dentist.

I went to Day & Night Dental for tooth pain. Dr. Hall stated I needed a root canal. I go in for the procedure and he never gave me any topical numbing gel. He shoved the needle in my gums. I was stunned and when I asked questions, he just got up and left. He is rude to say the least. He should not be a dentist at all. I ended up going to another dentist who stated I did not need a root canal after all.

Nothing professional about him rude and had the nerve to tell me to brush my teeth.

He was extremely rude , insensitive and dismissive. My daughter had a filing and he entered the room within a few secs of the dental assistance applying the gel. I told him please let her know when you are ready to administer the needle because she is afraid and would prefer not to see the needle. He ignored me did not say a word, and immediately took the needle and poke her not once but 4 times in the gum whilst my child scream in pain. Then he walked out of the room not saying a word, is as if he was dealing with mannequin . He return did the filing with only word ever mention through the entire visit 'bite down' .After he was done I asked for his name and if I could talk to him briefly. He provided his name and abruptly dismissed me with I have other patients and left. He left the room without providing any follow up care for the patient to do 'nothing'. This is consistent with his reviews here, its time he gets reported to NC board of dentistry.

Really rude and disgusting man

He was incredibly insensitive to my daughter. Rushed her procedure and more interested in quantity instead of quality. He was extremely aggressive and didn’t even apologize when his instrument slipped and poked my daughter’s throat. Didn’t talk to her before procedure just came in and started doing procedure. Long story short my daughter ended up in ER on morphine. If you’re looking for patience and good bed side manner DO NOT GO TO HIM!!!! He is prior military and definitely on an ego trip. When I came to him years ago he seemed to have a better attitude. Not sure what happened to him but I don’t think this isn’t his calling.

He is evil. No respect no patient care
