Great Dentist but office staff (front desk lady) refuses to submit billing to dental insurance. They have policy that you pay them upfront and then insurance will reimburse you. Instead they NEVER submit billing to dental insurance. I called dental insurance and they said never received anything. I went back in office and she lied and said she sent it so I said give it to me and I will mail it. Insurance then sent their office the check. This happened more then once. Now

The office is from the dark ages, not in good working condition as the elevator was out of service. The dental equipment equipment was antiquated, such as the x-ray machine which was circa the 70's. The dentist is to provide a dental cleaning as regulated by my insurance. The dentist refused to give the cleaning for free as specified and regulated. Shame on this office for not upholding their contract and building cost with me and my insurance company. My insurance company pays this office.
