Same thing down in the comments, they told my wife, they would contact our insurance company, but as soon as they got our money. My wife called back several times asking what is going on; on the second attempt they told us that we are not in their network. Now not even a month later everything he did to my tooth literally crumbled and fell out of my mouth while brushing my teeth. I’ve called three times and left voicemails and no one has got back to me about my tooth, that has fallen apart, after I spent $1400 to get it fixed!

From beginning to end, our experience as a family at this dentist has been bad. He advised me to have a procedure done that was not needed. He told my child she needed teeth pulled that were not present and charged my insurance thousands before 'charging off' a bogus amount that makes ZERO sense to collections and demanding an additional bogus and different amount from me! Also, I told him in the chair that I was in pain during the procedure (that I did not need) and he told me that my teeth were strong and can 'handle it'. Three words to describe the entire office, Greedy, Shady, and Poor.

Dr. Crow placed three implants, three crowns and a root canal. I have never been in pain or discomfort with. Implant aren’t rushed. He makes sure the Implant is stable before loading. They feel natural and a great investment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. He has a great sense of humor and puts you at ease throughout the procedure. Thank you Dr. Crow.

You don't get what you pay for. Even if you explain discomfort about their service they'll ignore it or they'll find an excuse for it. They also like to publicly blast personal information. Research is other reviews.

Love the new facilities and the short wait time. Staff is professional and helpful-especially office manager, Tiffany McKitrick, who is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Crow did an excellent job on my dental issues and was gentle and efficient. Highly recommend this dentist for any dental needs.
