Dr. Jeremiah Gordon, DMD

Dr. Gordon is an excellent dentist—always kind and professional. However, my experiences with the dental hygienist, Hillary, has been the complete opposite. During my dental cleaning with her, she poked and prodded me so harshly, all while belittling me and making snide remarks. It was humiliating, and I couldn’t hold back my tears as she continued. It’s heartbreaking to feel so vulnerable and disrespected, especially in a place where you expect to be cared for.

The medical staff and the front office support team at Gordon Dental has provided me with professional and compassionate care since I abruptly left my former dentist just around the corner two years ago. Dr. Sarah Hutson saved my tooth from being extracted by my former dentist and she recently provided unselfish care and attention to me during off hours while I endured an acute emergency tooth infection resulting in extraction. Dr. Hutson and her technician, Rachel, have a reassuring and kind bedside manner. Due to the highly skilled care I have always experienced, I relinguished my trust to them to help me through this devastating experience and am recovering exceptionally well. I have never experienced this level of trust and personal, quality care with any other dentistry and will continue to partner with Dr. Hutson and the Gordon Dental team on all my future oral health.

I saw Dr. Gordon in 2020 for tooth pain referred by my then pcp. He was apparently more concerned about the cosmetic aspect of my teeth and did what he wanted to do, not what should have been done.This experience with has set me back further with issues in the two teeth he decided to put crowns on. When I attempted to speak to Dr Gordon about this, he yelled at me, like it was my fault. I've been told now by 3 other dentist/endodontist the crowns he did were not built up correctly,not placed on my remaing teeth, correctly poor fitting,and both teeth needed root canals BEFORE crowns should have been put on. Neither crown would stay on either tooth. So I have been in pain and out more money withwith having to get root canals that should have been done before and replacing the 2 crowns he decided to do. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Gordon lack of professionalism and the extremely poor quality of services he provided. It's cost me a lot of money, pain, for his mistakes.

Disappointed by the lack of care and time given by this provider and his staff.

Dr Gordon and his kind and friendly staff have been helping our family for over 10 years! Excellent care, explanations, no pain. Only place to go!

We recently moved to St Augustine from Tennessee where we had a fantastic dentist for 20+ years. We dreaded looking for new doctors here but were blessed when we found Dr Jeremiah Gordon and his staff. The comforting dental care started with my phone call to Dr Gordon's office. The staff was immediately helpful showing interest, kindness and professionalism. Dr Gordon brings the dental office full circle with his care and sound experience. Recommendation ????????????

My daughter is 8 yrs old and had never been to a dentist, Dr. Gordon and his staff made it a great experience. I regret not taking her years ago she was so comfortable with the office she is looking forward to her next appointment. I would recommend Dr. Gordon to anyone with children who think they have to go to a pediatric dentist.
