Potential issues with billing and communication
Following a root canal treatment to try to save my tooth, Dr. Jenny determined that extraction was the best option and recommended proceeding with a dental implant treatment. I started my implant treatment, but my treatment was terminated abruptly when I was asked to leave the clinic and told to find a new dentist to complete the treatment after I questioned the charge for a service that the clinic had previously assured me would be free of charge.
