Yelled at my 4 year old for putting his finger in his mouth. Told us she would give him laughing gas but only used numbing gel, which didn't work because when she gave him the shot, he grabbed his mouth and started to cry. She ripped her gloves and mask off and told me the procedure wasn't going to happen and stomped out of the room. My son was so upset by the entire ordeal. We won't be returning. It felt like she walked into the room and had already decided it wasn't going to happen and gave up the first chance she got. Our appointment was at 8 AM. Don't work with kids if you can't handle them. The hygenists are all wonderful, but Dr. Vander Woude is not.

She was very rude and condescending before she even started the exam. The assistant had to apologize profusely for Dr. Vander Woude’s behavior.
