Never had an issue here. Staff is very friendly, the facilities are very clean and the technology seems to be top notch. Jenny and Brian are also very active in the community and good all around people.

For many years I went to what I considered to be the best dentist ever, Jim Dixon. Dr Dixon retired (without my authorization I might add!), and this retirement began a long saga for me searching for a new dental home.After many poor experiences, I stumbled upon Poulsbo Dental, thank goodness!Great people (all), Dr Jenni is the best and every bit my old dentists equal! The hygienists are top notch. And the best news, Dr Jenni is young enough that she will not be retiring on me!You will not be disappointed with Poulsbo Dental as your dental care provider.

I moved to the area in 2009, and drove 80+ miles back to my beloved dentist. I just did not want to leave her, but I knew if I had a major issue, I needed someone closer. How to decide? The Thorntons has good reviews. (Last name was my daughter’s), but my other dentist filled her office with art. Art says: creative, inspiring, patient, a well rounded life. So I made an appointment. It took a couple of visits to adjust to a slightly different set up. I was a stranger, but now I look forward to check ups, and catching up. One impressive things is that you may donate gold fillings. She rents a van and does outreach dental work for those in need of care, but lacks funds. Impressive people!

I have been receiving great care here for over 15 years. They use the latest methods and equipment and make procedures easy and non-threatening. Both Jennifer and Brian explain everything well, offer choices, and listen well. I feel safe with them. Their dental techs are also wonderful. Veronica cleans my teeth perfectly and I look forward to seeing her. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Jennifer, Brian and the Poulsbo Dental Center are terrific Dentists, professionals and community members. My whole family goes here and has never had a negative experience. No idea how or why there are negative reviews, I just couldn't fathom something going wrong based on how I've seen this place ran.

Always a good experience from the minute I walk in the door. I appreciate the education that comes along with the dental care. My husband and father-in-law a are patients and thanks to Dr. Thornton have over come their dentistry fears.

Very discouraged with this practice. On every occasion I am never checked in with the front counter. They acknowledge me entering the building and then ignore me. After 15+ minutes usually they then ask for a name even though we make eye contact several times. This has happened to my husband as well with my 5 year old daughter. Dental staff is extremely nice however the reception staff needs a brush up on custmer service. *Would not recommend this practice for children.*

Dr. Thornton provides skillful and trustworthy care in an office where everyone is warm, caring and pleasant. She is readily available and answers all my questions thoroughly. I used to fear dental care but Dr. Thornton and her supportive staff have restored my confidence and done a great job of radically improving my dental health. Top marks!

IMO she is truly an artist, Almost zero discomfort with a crown and two fillings. Excellent communication. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Easy to recommend.
