Dr. Jennifer Korzeb, DMD

I had been visiting Family Dental for years before Dr. Korzeb came on board. My teeth were not in great shape but I depended on her, as a doctor, to advise of better dental care and to replace some caps (that had aged out and needed replacement). After doing my two front teeth with caps one of them has fallen out THREE TIMES (I had eaten a croissant the first time and mashed potatoes second time, nothing hard). Then, the one that she replaced looks so horrible you would think she was a student, not a dentist! When mentioned during the visit that I felt it didn't match and needed reshaping she simply said there was nothing that could be done because of the shape of my mouth?! Pretty sure the previous dentist was able to get it right (he had been at the practice before she came onboard).After several bad experiences I finally switched Dentistry's and was advised I had paradontal disease, something neither her hygienists or herself had ever told me I had! Definitely don't recommend

My son who has special needs and who has extreme anxiety was treated like a non human. Dr. Korzeb showed my son little compassion as she left his mouth full of blood after filling two teeth. When I dared to question her as to why she did not rinse his mouth out better she basically told me his teeth are bad they will bleed regardless and walked away. My son had to use the bathroom to spit up all the blood. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and diginity. SHAMEFUL COLD HEARTLESS
