Dr. Frangos has pulled two of my teeth, and she is exceptionally well-schooled and talented in doing so. Like any good DDS, she will always counsel me before doing any work, and be absolutely certain that the tooth needs to come out. She's obviously very talented and well-schooled in both tooth extraction and the proper use of Novocaine. Especially considering her patient load (her office is often busy), she treats patients with great care and expertise.

She was very thorough, and explained everything in a way that I was able to understand and appreciate. Her suggestions made sense. Dr. Frangos answered my questions and was not only kind, but genuine as well. This was my first visit with her and I would certainly go back to her if I needed to.

I waited for one hour and 20 minutes before I was seen. No one bothered to apologize for the wait or explain it. Doctor was obviously very anxious to get me out of there and move on to the next person. Her acceptable!clinical expertise was fine BUT her manner in trying to whisk me through WITHOUT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY is not
