Dr Verner told me I needed multiple crowns a few weeks after he did 4 crowns for me. I felt like I was being lied to, so I went to another dentist and was told I didn’t need the crowns. I have heard many people make this same complaint. He’s basically stealing fro. People that he has taken an oath to help. I would avoid him and any practice he’s associated with.

After 30+ years, I quit this practice because of what I feel was a likely unecessary, hurried determination that I needed two crowns. The staff is new. The front office is filled with people. Scheduling is irregular, seemingly designed to cram you in, have you authorize procedures before you have time to process them and then have you pay up front. Receiving a bill weeks later with no date of service or description was the topper. Perhaps they need more office staff? Don’t go!

Ended up having to get a root canal after going here because they put my cavity filling in wrong. Two of my cavity fillings are loose now. The staff was not very nice either. Would not recommend going here.

I have been going here for about 6 years. I never had any issues. Dr. Verner and the staff were very friendly and they even made my younger kids feel comfortable. However, once "Dr. Verner's Office" became Complete Dental Care, it went downhill quickly. Each time I would go they would tell me that I needed several crowns and before my check up was even finished there was someone there with a clip board going over my payment options. I hadn't even agreed on anything. They can't be trusted.

I went in for my six month cleaning. I was told I needed three crowns and a filling replaced. This after they had just put on two crowns two weeks before. They quoted several thousand dollars and were very pushy about it. I was surprised I needed so much work because I had been going to Dr. Verner for years and never miss my six month dental visit. Very glad I went to another dentist for a second opinion. She strongly disagreed.

I had such a great experience! I have always dreaded going to to dentist... until I started coming here. I needed some old cavities fixed and also a root canal and cap. I was terrified of getting a root canal. But to my surprise I didn't feel a thing!!! The shot of novicane didn't even hurt! The fillings I got look and feel great. The cap looks TERRIFIC!!! I have nothing but good and positive things to say about this office! The staff is AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.

Satisfactory initial experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Booked an appointment for the week following my call. After looking at my x-rays, they recommended that I have my wisdom teeth removed on-site. The night before, they called to cancel and reschedule my procedure. These things happen, but coupled with a 25 minute wait at the next appt just to refer me to another specialist was unfair. If they looked at my x-rays before, what was this appointment for? 35 mins of sitting. So frustrating.

went to Dr Verners with my wife on 4-23-17 just to see how her appt. would work out as mine was 41 minutes late and i left. Her appt was scheduled for 5 pm and she waited for 30 minutes before being called back for the cleaning and x-rays.asked why she couldnt be seen on time to Dorothy and all she got was a blank stare.asked the girl cleaning her teeth and the girl was apologetic although it was not her fault.why do you have to wait 30 minutes just to have your teeth cleaned.poor scheduling
