As always I was greeted and seated promptly for my appointment. The hygienist was thorough and explained everything and doctor Shapiro preformed a full exam taking time to check everything carefully. Great peace of mind!

Dr. Shapiro is not only a wonderful dentist. I have been a happy patient for over 30 years. He and his staff make patients comfortable. Dr. Shapiro always tries to explain what he feels will be the best for the course of treatment patients and let them decide. His staff are amazing, professional and super friendly. Appointments are carefully scheduled so as to eliminate waiting time.

The main thing that stands out when visiting this office is the professionalism, efficiency and cutting edge dentistry across all areas. From the receptionist to the oral hygienist, there are things they just do 'right' all the time. Then you have the experience of Dr. Shapiro himself. There is nothing he cannot do. Fix broken teeth shattered in a bike accident, with no visible sign of change? Done. Fix a NHL player who had his mouth ruined by a hockey stick emerging from his lower jaw? Done. Checking in with your family, kids and holidays? Done.He's a great dentist and a great man.

I think Dr. Shapiro is not only a great dentist, his precision and work are both technical and artistic, I am a very happy patient for over 10 years, and won't change to another dentist. Her beautiful smile spoke for itself.So one day I decided to visit Dr. Shapiro's office, have a conversation and learn his professional point of view. Dr. Shapiro is approachable and very sympathetic. He provided upfront options for treatment and a cost, so you know what to expect. He is extremely detailed and unhurried. He took time to finish each service. Each visit didn't require any additional wait time to be invited to the room. Amazing respect for patients. His staff is also very kind and professional. From cleaning, to whitening, to root canal, all services were done perfectly well and in a very pleasant atmosphere. I am very fortunate to meet Dr. Shapiro. He made me look better and feel happy.

This was my first visit with Dr. Shapiro. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire office. The hygienist who took my xrays was thorough and careful on a level I haven't experienced . She was also very relaxing. Similarly, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extraordinarily thorough, not only with the cleaning, but also with the precision of her measurement notes about each tooth. The entire experience was nearly pain free. She was careful in her explanations of the procedure. Both of these technicians were also extremely kind and amusing. I would give them both an A+. Dr. Shapiro's examination was thorough and his explanations of his overview of my course of treatment were extremely clear. He was also very relaxing. The office manager who arranged the appointments was also extremely nice and helpful the The entire experience of my visit was top notch.

My first visit was an emergency after I had tripped in a footing of a police barricade in the park,splitting my lip open and breaking pieces of my front tooth. He stayed two hours beyond closing while he and his son(also a dentist in the practice) stitched my face and built up my broken tooth so that it looked as it had. before. It all looks back to normal. While my subsequent visits were not as dramatic I am always impressed by his excellent work The office also has another great asset, his receptionist, Arlene Rivera, who always goes out of her way to accomodate the patients scheduling needs and makes one feel welcome and cared about. I wish to add that Dr. Shapiro has been my daughter's dentist since her college days, as well, subsequently, as her husband' s and two grown sons' dentist.

30+ yr patient and still as good as ever. I'd been to literally dozens of dentists, before landing here. Dr. S is skilled, professional, very well staffed, and both passionate and compassionate. I wish all my Dr.s were this good!
