Dr. Jeffrey Koksal, DDS

Difficult problem made simple by an excellent dentist…Thanks, Dr. Koksal!

I called to schedule a cleaning. The office canceled last minute. I was told it was because Dr. Koksal needed to look at my teeth since it had been some time since I was there last, and he would not be there the day I was scheduled. I work nights, and had already requested the day off. I was offered another appointment by a patient who canceled last minute, but I was unable to take it. Two months later, I call the office to attempt another appointment. I am berated by the receptionist for almost a full minute when I tell her I need a cleaning, but Dr. Koksal needs to see my teeth as well. It is at that time, I change dentists. Dr. Koksal is great, but the staff made me feel terrible.

I had a great experience with this clinic! From Jen the reception to Faith my technician and then Dr. Koksal I had a broken tooth and my current dentist didn't act like it was a big deal, they never even ask me if I was in pain IT WAS A BIG DEAL TO ME. My fiance suggested I call his dentist. From the minute I called they cared. I got an appointment scheduled 2 hours after I called and they fixed the tooth right then and there. I now have a new dentist.
