Dr. Knight really spends time with you to help address long standing issues and work out some goals for your therapy. He infuses your goals and needs into his techniques and utilizes long term adjustment and reactivation of muscles and body connections to help ensure that the work you have done is longstanding. He is gentle, but knows how to make adjustments that stick and shift your body into a place of strength and realignment. I would definitely recommend him to others.
