Stay away
Jacobs overfiled tooth causing issues. Also had impression tray w gel that began burning after about 10min and when jacobs was told he said it needed to stay 5 more mins. I was having allergic reaction. Hygenist helped me remove tray from mouth. Horrible experience.

chair side manners was horrible, I don't do the dentist very well to begin with, he never talked me me though when he was going to give me the numbing solution and when i started to make a sound he told me to hush their other patients in the building. no regards to my comfort while I was at his office. I was shaking during the time i was paying my bill and could barely sign my name, continue to shake after I got home.

Went in for upper tooth pain, cavity & breakage. Would not extract unless I agreed to pay $11o (not covered by insurance) for bone graft. In my 59 yrs I have never needed bone graft after extractions. Had extraction done else where, same day, painless & without bone graft. He sent office staff in to tell me about procedure after whole series of Xrays. Never saw him again other than few minutes of initial visit. Sadly he had no compassion for my pain.
