Speaks to patients like they are stupid!!!
It’s in and out.. don’t let his assistant try and help NO he gets mad at her for being concerned about the patient

I didn’t think much of his condescending way of speaking with me. Even worse than that is the terrible way he worked on my teeth, I’ve only had one cavity my whole life but I hadn’t had a cleaning in a long time. I wasn’t Mr. Perfect tooth so honestly you could tell he wasn’t as interested. That’s like having to work and really apply your knowledge. I wouldn’t spit blood in his sink.

Dr. Dent is great! He is kind and compassionate. He wants to be sure that you fully understand the procedure before he does it. His staff is wonderful, friendly and sincere.

Honestly, this doctor is one of Augusta's finest. He is direct, honest and caring. He CARES about your teeth and wants you to be health and toothfull (if that is a word). His desire is for his patients to consistently practice health dental habits (e.g., flossing, brushing your teeth in the back, watching what you eat, protecting your teeth) I love this man and count him as a BLESSING. He's helping me to live a longer life because it begins with good dental health.

Dr. Dent has a habit of shouting at his patients, even demeaning and embarrassing us. Many times it is because he has not read the file presented by his hygienists who have been working with the patients, much more than he has. He does not face the patient, but faces the open door in the examination room. His voice echoes throughout the hallways into the waiting room. I have seen many prospective patients leave before their appointment. Unless you are Mr. or Mrs. Perfect, do not choose this den
